Job Summary:The Parts Puller is responsible for accurately pulling, staging, and preparing automotive parts orders for both wholesale and retail customers. This role ensures inventory is handled with care and stored properly to maintain the highest standards of efficiency, organization, and customer service in the Ford Parts Department warehouse. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately pull and stage parts based on pick tickets or order sheets. * Verify parts numbers and descriptions against order forms. * Safely handle and transport parts throughout the warehouse. * Assist with loading parts for delivery drivers and wholesale customers. * Return unused or mispulled parts back to inventory promptly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse shelves and bins. * Perform periodic inventory counts and assist with stock rotation (FIFO method). * Check in, unpack, and shelve incoming stock orders as needed. * Communicate with parts counter staff and wholesale sales team regarding order status or issues. * Follow all company safety policies and procedures. * Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) if certified. * Other warehouse support duties as assigned by the Parts Manager or Warehouse Supervisor. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous automotive parts or warehouse experience preferred. * Ability to read and interpret part numbers, bin locations, and order documents. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Physical ability to stand, lift, and move parts (up to 50 pounds) throughout the shift. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Team player with a positive attitude. * Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
