The Part Time Floating Production Inventory Assistant will assist manufacturing by performing a variety of tasks such as maintaining inventory accuracy, transacting jobs, & inspecting product. **This opportunity is located at our Kerrville Craftsman Center with a Part-time Day Shift Schedule of Monday-Friday, 9 AM 2 PM.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

* Perform manufacturing processes as needed in any of the following areas.

• Filling Wax Inventory for Component Jobs
• Filling Finished Good Jobs
• Count and Bag Findings for Orders
• Finished Goods - Completing InterOrgs
• Finished Goods - Inserting Sato Cards
• PC/ENG Oracle Transactions
• PC/ENG Inspection/Packaging
• Wax Mold Staging
• Laser Logo Fixture Staging

• Observe all safety regulations; participate in safety training; report all unsafe conditions to the appropriate company personnel.
• Adhere to Company policies including but not limited to the Attendance Guideline, Freedom from Harassment and Employee Discount Guideline
• Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborates with the team, both departmental and with cross functional teams to build positive working relationships and establish a high level of trust and credibility throughout the organization.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**

• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently including, but not limited to, verbally communicating with plant personnel regarding work processes and work assignments required.
• Ability to read and understand written work processes, safety instructions, forms, training materials, etc. required.
• Ability to complete production forms required.
• Ability to perform basic formulas such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting and totals required.
• Ability to accurately determine weights and measurements required.
• Basic operating skills for a computer or tablet preferred. Operating skills include, but are not limited to:

• Data entry
• Spreadsheet preparation
• Utilizing software applications to perform job tasks

- Opening, closing and navigating saved files within an electronic library

• Pass a background check as well as an alcohol, controlled substance, and illegal drug screen that meets Company standards before beginning regular employment.
