Position Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Park Maintenance Team Member to join our operations crew. This role focuses on maintaining the natural beauty and functionality of the park by performing landscape care, general upkeep, and outdoor maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow, trim, and maintain lawns and grassy areas throughout the park.
Perform tree trimming, brush clearing, and trail maintenance.
Assist with minor repairs around the park as needed (fencing, signage, picnic tables, etc.).
Support with seasonal projects such as storm clean-up and winterization.
Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout public areas.
Report any hazards, equipment issues, or property damage to management.
Qualifications:
Experience with mowing, landscaping, and general outdoor maintenance preferred.
Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and small hand tools.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work a Sunday – Thursday schedule.
