Job Specifications/Requirements Leadership responsibilities for three Paper Machine departments, Coating & Additives and Finishing & Shipping Areas of accountability include safety, quality, production, and cost Develop technical, business, and leadership capabilities of the paper mill organization Member of the Somerset Mill’s Leadership Team (MLT) Preferred Experience in pulp mill operations Experience in working with printers and/or with the final customer Entry Requirements Education – Engineering degree preferred Extensive expertise in coated papermaking operations Demonstrated track record in exceeding performance standards with continuous improvement in safety, quality, production, and total product cost Demonstrated ability in the area of communications and team building Demonstrated ability developing employee capability Salary is determined by a number of factors including the value of the job to the organization, market forces, internal equity and skills brought to the job.
