In this 100% remote role, you'll be responsible for all aspects of executing paid digital media campaigns across leading platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube, and more. You'll become the go-to expert for our clients, providing strategic recommendations, analyzing performance, and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to build engaging and high-performing ad creatives.
Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Optimize campaigns to maximize performance and client ROI.
Communicate effectively with clients on campaign progress and results.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in paid advertising.

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on social media advertising.
Proven track record of success in scaling and optimizing campaigns.
Deep understanding of audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
Experience with automation tools, data dashboards, and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
