What You'll Do: As the Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting our dynamic team to deliver extraordinary patient care. Your key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily operations: From managing schedules to optimizing workflow, you'll ensure everything runs like clockwork. Leading a team: You'll lead administrative staff, ensuring their success through clear communication, motivation, and efficient task management. Creating and maintaining office systems: Develop and enforce systems that guarantee smooth, compliant, and efficient office operations. Supporting HR functions: Assist with onboarding, training, and team development while fostering a positive work culture. Managing vendor relationships: Be the key point of contact for vendors and ensure all supplies and resources are managed efficiently. Managing financial and billing processes: Oversee invoicing, expense tracking, and ensure billing procedures align with company standards. What You Need to Succeed: 3–5 years of medical office management experience: Proven ability to oversee operations in a healthcare environment. Leadership skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Organizational excellence: Mastery of multitasking, managing priorities, and maintaining a clean, efficient office. Proficiency in office software: Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and medical office software. Strong communication: You’ll need to effectively communicate with both staff and patients while creating an environment of trust and collaboration.
