Job Title: Packer - 2nd, 3rd & Weekend Shifts Available Location: Fitchburg, WI Pay: $17.50 - $18.55 per hour (pay varies by shift) Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time | Multiple Shifts Now Hiring Packers on 2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts in Fitchburg! ABR Employment Services is hiring Packers for a growing manufacturing company in Fitchburg, WI. These are hands-on roles responsible for inspecting and packaging thermoformed plastic parts according to specifications. You'll also assist with operating finishing equipment, labeling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Whether you're looking for weekday or weekend work, we have multiple shift options to fit your schedule. Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• C-Crew (12-Hour Rotation): Rotating days, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM or 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
• F-Crew (Weekend Only): Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• G-Crew (Weekend Only): Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• H-Crew (Weekend Only): Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Pay Rate:

• Starting at $17.50-$18.55/hr , depending on shift and experience
• Overtime available

Key Responsibilities: Production & Packaging

• Inspect and pack products based on work instructions and quality standards
• Apply case labels and maintain accurate case sequencing
• Operate taping and finishing equipment
• Follow daily dispatches, print work orders, and complete Oracle transactions
• Handle recyclable materials and assist in rework processes

Quality & Compliance

• Identify product deviations and report quality issues
• Read and follow product drawings and packaging guidelines
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Safety & Cleanliness

• Maintain a clean work area at all times
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Participate in 5S and "Good Catch" safety programs

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level that meets safety and quality standards
• Must be able to identify material color variations (for Print Department)
• Previous warehouse or packaging experience preferred but not required
