JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

BC/BE in Emergency Medicine, Will also take Family Practice with extensive Experience in Emergency Medicine.

BE must have ACLS-PALS-ATLS. Minimum two years experience required.

Cover Type:

• Emergency Department Information: 33,000 projected annual patient visits
• 17 bed ED, including Fast Track
• 24 hours of day physician coverage
• Physician Shifts 7a-7p, 8a-4p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a
• APP Shifts: 10a-6p, 6p-2a
• 16 hours of advanced practice provider coverage

PALS required


AS A REMINDER:

• All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job.
• CV must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format
• Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top
• Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV
• EPA (Please use the attached EPA. Its also in Trio under your Name & then click on Help)
• All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV
• Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB
• Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents

Availability

• 1st possible date they would be available?
• How many shifts would they be able for per month?
• What month is their schedule completely open?
• Any shift preferences (Day, Night, Blocksetc)?
• Any dates in the next 3-6 months they cant work?
• Any Holidays in the next 3-6 months they would be open to work.?
