Job Summary:
Join us as a Sales Representative and be part of our growth journey! We are seeking an experienced outside sales representative to join our dynamic team. As an outside sales representative you will generate leads, play a crucial role in driving business growth, and be responsible for prospecting and securing new clients. We service businesses of all sizes, from small offices to large commercial spaces. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure that we deliver top-notch cleaning services to our clients. As a Sales Representative, youll be the face of our company, forging strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth. Your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads


• Manage and prioritize sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets


• Perform cold calling, door knocking, & other sales strategies


• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and clients


• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of outside sales experience, with a successful track record


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects


• CRM system experience preferred


• Must have reliable transportation


• Ability to travel within the assigned territory


• Industry knowledge preferred
