Description of Role:

Our client is looking for an Outside Sales Rep to help increase revenue activity for the organization, including managing their own calendar, and delivering creative, strategic, and cost-effective solutions to solve their business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Proven direct sales experience in outside sales (construction (commercial/residential) industries a plus).
• You are self-driven to drive new business growth and market share in a territory, while maintaining and nurturing existing accounts.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment to manage leads, sales pipelines, and customer follow-ups.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to hold yourself to our standard of excellence ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage a territory efficiently by identifying customer needs to meet sales targets and goals.

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in the construction industry (residential/commercial)
• Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• 2 yrs. experience with outside sales
• B2B/B2C experience

Work Schedule:

Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
