Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for helping to customize workflow, troubleshooting and analysis, process management and developing customized reports, among other duties. The Operations Manager will focus on rapid and continuous improvement in the quality and cycle times of services provided. The Operations Manager will help define and coordinate the implementation of processes, client escalations, performance metrics, supporting technology, automation and quality remediation plans, across all departments and teams. The right candidate will play a significant role in the long-term success of the Firm.
Responsibilities · Facilitate the effective and efficient management and processing of client file referrals through the coordination of teams and activities, leveraging supporting technology and continuous improvement practices.
· Ensure delivery of services meets or exceeds client expectations with respect to quality and cycle times.
· Continuously improve the business processes through analysis of data and collaboration with the MA, Firm Operations, staff and clients.
· Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
· Refine operating metrics and develop metrics where needed to allow analysis of office performance and make appropriate recommendations for action.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology, with at least 3 years of management experience.
Skills · Demonstrated ability to successfully manage in a fast paced, labor intensive environment and in accomplishing objectives by working collaboratively with other people and geographically dispersed teams.
· Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance, effectively dealing with conflict and alternative points of view.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
· Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop and implement action plans.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Strong sense of curiosity and creative problem solving skills.
