Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting sports cards and related items, packaging orders securely, and processing shipments using shipping software. This position requires great attention to detail by possessing the ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do

• Move the Supply Chain : Sort sports cards and related items accurately and efficiently
• Seal the Deal : Package orders securely, ensuring items are well-protected for shipment. Understand which orders require extra packaging and/or insurance.
• Be a Detail Wiz : Use shipping software to print labels and process orders for dispatch
• Spotless Precision : Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized workspace
• Timing is Everything : Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

• A Comp Beast : Computer proficiency and familiarity with technology
• Accuracy Wins : Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
• People Helping People : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The Ted Lasso Effect : Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Know Your 1s & 2s : Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• In the Hobby Know : Sports card knowledge is a plus, though not required
• Diploma in Hand : High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Dexterity to handle and sort cards and other items
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted

Schedule Requirements

Full-time position (810 hour shifts, 5 days per week)

Evening and weekend availability required

In-person role based in Apopka, FL (must be able to reliably commute or relocate)
