Position Overview

We are hiring an Onsite Estimator / Sales & Glass Installer who can both evaluate job sites accurately and perform professional glass installation work. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and strong customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite measurements and job assessments for glass, window, and door projects
• Prepare accurate estimates based on site conditions and project scope
• Install glass, windows, shower doors, and related products
• Ensure installations meet safety, quality, and company standards
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding scope, timing, and expectations
• Maintain tools, materials, and job site cleanliness
• Coordinate with office staff and project scheduling as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in glass installation and/or onsite estimating
• Strong knowledge of glass products, measurements, and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and measurements accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Professional demeanor when interacting with customers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and handle glass materials safely

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting hourly rate: $20+ , based on experience and skill level
