We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage records and information
• Delegate tasks to assistant to ensure work completed daily
• Quote and invoice work for customers as needed
• Manage staff (all HR related responsibilities)
• Input payroll
• Maintain vendor accounts (input invoices, pay bills)
• Customer Service
• Keep track of job hours and materials
• Plan and maintain work facilities
• Provide administrative assistance to management team
• Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, order work consumables/parts, custodial duties, etc.)

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields (Welding or Semi/Trailer repair facility experience a plus)
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Attention to details
• Strong leadership qualities
• QuickBook experience a plus
• Microsoft Office experience
