Job Description
To execute timely and efficient clerical support to office staff and management including copying, scanning, faxing, sorting mail, retrieving voicemails and distributing them appropriately.
• Retrieving and distributing voicemail messages
• Distributing documents, faxes and correspondence
• Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
• Processing “Bad Mail”
• Completing Billing Record Requests
• Maintaining filing systems
• Coordinating and handling collections inquires between clients and patients
• Photocopying, scanning and faxing
• Keeping office area neat and tidy
• All other duties as directed by Manager
• Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office
• Proficient in use of email and internet
• Accurate keyboard skills
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Knowledge of administrative procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent
