What this role will look like:

As an Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Office Supplies Management:
    • Order and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring an adequate stock of essential items.
    • Manage and replenish supplies for customer hospitality baskets, including items such as cards, shirts, pens, mugs, and notepads.
    • Oversee marketing and sales materials for employee use.
  • Customer Appreciation:
    • Create and assemble marketing baskets and other appreciation gifts for customer delivery.
    • Prepare and send out appreciation cards for various occasions including thank you notes, anniversaries, and holidays.
  • General Office Duties:
    • Exhibit strong attention to detail in all tasks.
    • Organize and stock supplies for various office events.
    • Handle daily post office deliveries and pickups.
    • Perform light office cleaning duties, such as taking out the trash, wiping down surfaces in the office and kitchen, and maintaining general tidiness.
    • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials for office expos and other events.
    • Provide a warm welcome to guests and visitors.
    • Support the recruitment process by assisting with interviews on Wednesdays.
    • Manage shipping of customer devices within specified time frames.
    • Maintain and organize the break room as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.

In this role, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of the office and enhance the overall customer experience. Your proactive attitude and organizational skills will be key to your success.

 

Employment / Job Type:

  • Full-Time (30-40 hrs./week)

 

Pay:

  • $17/hour

 

Schedule:

  • 8:00a – 5p (work within these office timeframes)
  • Monday to Friday

 

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License and automobile insurance (Required)
