Job Description
We are a growing foundation repair company in Houston seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office & Business Development Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both administrative work and client-facing business development.
Position Overview
The Office & Business Development Assistant will support daily operations in the office—answering calls, scheduling leads, and assisting the manager with production tasks—while also helping expand our business through marketing outreach. This includes communicating with real estate professionals, coordinating continuing education (CE) classes, and visiting local title companies to promote our services.
️ Key Responsibilities
Office & Production Support
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule customer appointments/leads
Provide administrative support to the production manager
Maintain organized records, job files, and customer communication
Assist with general office coordination and task management
Business Development & Marketing Support
Reach out to real estate professionals, title companies, and partners via email and phone
Coordinate and schedule CE classes and sponsored meetings
Visit local title companies and offices to build relationships and promote services
Support basic marketing efforts, including updating CRM notes, sending follow-up communications, and assisting with promotional materials
Attending sponsored classes, meetings, and events
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (phone & in-person)
Outgoing, professional, friendly, customer-focused demeanor
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM, scheduling)
Comfortable talking to clients and building new business relationships
Prior experience in office support, customer service, real estate, or marketing is a plus
