Position: Seasonal Nurse Practitioner
Location: Onsite at Catapult Health’s Addison, TX office
Start Date: October 30, 2024
Commitment: At least 28 hours per week through December 6, 2024
Shift Times:

  • Monday – Friday: 7 am – 8 pm
  • Saturday – Sunday: 8 am – 3 pm

About the Role:
We’re looking for 5-7 talented Nurse Practitioners to join Catapult Health’s mission of empowering patients through proactive, preventive care. Using our telehealth platform, you’ll be instrumental in helping patients understand and improve their health risks related to diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. This seasonal role offers a rewarding experience to counsel patients, screen for depression, and create personalized action plans based on their results.

  • Current, active Compact TX RN license and TX APRN license
  • National certification preferred (FNP, AGNP, GNP, or ANP)
