Job Summary:

As a full-time Customer Support Representative on the night/weekends rotation, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional and friendly service. This role involves managing reservations, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. This will be a hybrid role with work from home & office opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process car rental transactions and reservations efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about rental rates, services, and vehicle availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and provide billing-related assistance.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report it to Leadership.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the fleet operations team/leadership to implement changes.
  • Coordinate with businesses for receiving cars.
  • Coordinate with VIP clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities during night shifts.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using reservation systems.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
