Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Graphic & Multimedia Designer for a well-established and mission-driven global manufacturer and service organization. This exciting full-time opportunity is based onsite in the Houston, TX area.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Multimedia Designer to develop compelling visual content for both digital and print platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping the visual identity and communication strategy for internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate enjoys working on a collaborative team and is passionate about translating concepts into visually engaging materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and produce engaging visual content including brochures, digital graphics, packaging,
and presentations
• Create multimedia materials such as animations, videos, and interactive content in
collaboration with internal teams or external partners
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials
• Manage visual assets for websites, event promotion, social media, and microsites
• Coordinate with vendors and partners on creative deliverables and production timelines
• Organize and maintain the digital media library and marketing supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,
and Acrobat DC
• Familiarity with basic web coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
• Strong understanding of typography and layout principles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
• Exp with publication design, and storyboard a vision for digital media (collaborate with 3rd
party partners).
• Ability to manage multiple design projects with creativity, organization, and attention to detail

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The organization offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $70-80K, depending on experience, along with a robust benefits package.
