The Role

We’re hiring Mortgage Loan Officers (full-time or part-time) who want to take control of their careers. Work remotely or in-office, set your own schedule, and get direct access to experienced leadership—including our owners, Holly (our Owner) originates full-time! 

Your mission? Help clients achieve homeownership while building relationships that fuel your success by:

• Generate leads and build a strong network of homebuyers, investors, and referral partners.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process, making complex details simple and even fun!
• Match borrowers with the best loan options for their needs.
• Work closely with borrowers, real estate agents, processors, and underwriters to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay ahead of market trends, mortgage products, and lending guidelines.

What We Look For (preferred skills)

• Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Strong mortgage knowledge and customer service skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and great at building relationships.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Pay Type: Commission-based (no base salary)
