Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with real estate agents to provide tailored mortgage solutions that meet client needs.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from pre-approval to closing.
- Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate loan products and terms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lending partners to drive business growth.
- Assist in marketing efforts and community outreach to promote mortgage services and generate leads.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to all parties involved throughout the mortgage process.
Qualifications Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.
- NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) registration required.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial information and assess risk.
- Proficient in mortgage software and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
