This remote position reports to the Editorial Team Lead and offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring high editorial standards. This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity (35-40 hours per week) with EST working hours.Responsibilities:Provide primary support for assigned brands and back-up support for team in accordance with Editorial SLA.Understand & comply with defined standards of review.Attend PRT review meetings if needed.Collaborate with clients/stakeholders across sites to help the team meet business objectives.Effect efficient promotion review by providing input for process improvement, standards, etc, as needed.Qualifications:Experience level: ExperiencedBachelor's degree in arts or sciences required; degree in English, journalism, or communication preferred.Minimum 5 years general editorial experience, with at least 2 years in medical, pharmaceutical, or advertising industry preferred.Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Superior editorial and proofreading skills (test required) and effective writing abilities.Proficient in AMA style.Skilled in using Adobe Acrobat.Experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.Excellent understanding of medical/legal systems and regulatory guidelines.
