Actual pay decision based on factors including experience, skills and training

$85,000 - $95,000 Annually DOE, with quarterly incentives.

Are you looking for an opportunity to expand your senior living sales career? Look no further! Elder Care Alliance is looking for our next Director of Community Outreachto join the team! This person will provide and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans that generate new revenue through referrals that convert to move-ins and enhance the positive image of the community and Transforming Age.

Our Director of Community Outreach:

  • Creates and expands existing relational channels
  • Generates community referrals to meet sales targets
  • Develops networking plans in partnership with the Sales and Home Office Marketing Team to identify and prioritize targeted professionals and other influencers
  • Maintains Mercy Retirement & Care Center's database of influencer contacts
  • Attends various industry and local community networking meetings
  • Creates, implements, and effectively manages the Business Development plan and budget.
  • Assists with special marketing events
  • Is an ambassador and advocate of our Culture of Excellence, and represent our Mission and Values
  • Performs other duties as assigned


What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two or more years of business development experience in Senior Living Sales, Senior Living outreach, home care marketing, Senior Care aggregate marketing (e.g. "A Place for Mom"), or as a hospital liaison (Sales experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of community influencers and service-oriented groups
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent collaborative skills, ability to successfully partner cross functionally to achieve goals.
  • Comfortable serving as a consultant and influencer to a diverse organizational client base
  • Acumen and skill with using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
