Position Overview: The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role supports operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. Key Responsibilities: Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately process customer purchases and returns, including handling cash and credit transactions. Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers. Follow merchandising procedures and standards to maintain product presentation. Prepare merchandise for sale following company standards. Participate in store recovery and cleanliness efforts throughout the day. Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support store shrink reduction initiatives. Participate in safety programs to ensure a secure environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Candidate Profile: Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support store needs. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations. Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience preferred.
