Job Description
Our growing multi-specialty practice—featuring an Orthopedic Center, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, and Chiropractic services—is seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to lead and oversee our front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise, support, and oversee all front desk staff
• Ensure smooth daily operations across multiple specialties
• Coordinate patient scheduling, check-in/out, and workflow efficiency
• Maintain organized systems for documentation, billing, and communication
• Serve as a point of contact for staff and providers
• Uphold high standards of patient service and professionalism
Requirements:
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of major medical insurance and personal injury claims
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills
• Prior supervisory or management experience required
• Experience in a multi-specialty or orthopedic/pain management setting is a plus
