The Medical Office Manager is responsible for performing crucial day-to-day administrative and clinical tasks associated with Laulea Health Center’s operations. These tasks will include, but are not limited to managing patient communications and issues, scheduling office appointments, and updating and filing medical records and medical billing. The position requires a creative problem solver who can adapt quickly to new situations and is a life-long learner. Preferred Skills and Certifications: Intermediate computer skills Experience with office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with web-based applications (Med Office software) Experience with Electronic Medical Records systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong desire to learn CPR and First Aid certifications Laulea Health Center LLC
