We’re hiring an Office Manager who can help lead operations at both our urgent care and future therapy clinic. If you're the kind of person who can juggle schedules, build systems, lead a team, and still smile at a toddler having a rough day — this role is for you.

This is a startup leadership role. You’ll need to be flexible, energetic, and ready to wear multiple hats — from overseeing front-desk operations, staff schedules and coordinating with vendors.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the physician-owner to improve workflows and maintain compliance
• Lead the front office and support clinical workflows, ensuring efficient patient check-in/out and a smooth experience from start to finish
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and coordinate equipment maintenance
• Oversee billing issues, patient accounts, insurance follow-ups, and light HR functions
• Handle patient or parent concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in medical office management, healthcare administration preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, scheduling, and billing
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance basics (urgent care and/or behavioral health experience a plus)
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Associate or bachelor’s in business, healthcare admin, or related field preferred
