Pride Health is hiring an Entry-Level Phlebotomist / Greeter in Jacksonville, FL (32258)!

This is a contract role with a high chance of converting to full-time .

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift + rotating Saturdays (40 hrs/week)

Pay Rate: $17.75 /hr (based on experience, expertise & education)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients during check-in at lobby, kiosks, or tablets
• Answer patient questions & ensure a smooth registration process
• Support team members by covering breaks and maintaining appointment flow
• Work closely with clinical staff to enhance patient satisfaction
• Opportunity to train into a Phlebotomist role (6–12 months training provided)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service experience required
• Phlebotomy experience preferred but not required
• Strong client-facing background (Retail, Home Health, Caregiving, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual skills may be required depending on site
• Must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
