Job Description

Location: Remote (Candidates MUST reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah)

Hours : Full Time, Days

Pay : $22-30 DOE

Job Description:

We seek Risk Adjustment Auditor professionals for temporary positions. These roles are fully remote, but candidates must reside in one of the following states: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and reviews of risk adjustment data to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Analyze medical records and coding practices to identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for correction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve audit findings and improve processes.

  • Work primarily within Pacific Time Zone hours; availability for overtime and weekends may be required.

  • Document and communicate findings clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

CRC – Certified Risk Adjustment Coder
CPC – Certified Professional Coder

  • Must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.

  • Proven experience in risk adjustment auditing or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of medical coding and risk adjustment methodologies.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Must be willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours and potentially outside of standard hours.

  • Disclosure of any pre-scheduled time-off requests is required upon submission.
