Responsible for the timely submission of medical claims to Medicaid and insurance companies; eligibility and benefit verification; prepare, review and transmit claims using billing software; research and appeal denied claims; track and follow up denials, unpaid claims and back billing. Job requirements include Data entry; ability to work with Microsoft Office; create and maintain excel spreadsheets and reports; Applicant also must be very detail oriented; possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; problem solving skills; customer service skills; be able to work in a team environment. High school diploma or GED required plus 2 years experience in Medical Billing. Work Location: One location Work Remotely: No Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:
