Description

Busy practices are seeking a Medical Assistant/Receptionist in our Pleasanton location.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and preparing patient records.
• Preparing patient rooms for examination
• Prepare sterile trays
• Take patient's vitals
• Chart documentation, transportation, and disability forms
• Assisting physicians with exams and procedure
• Process orders for CT scans, ultrasounds, and follow up referrals.
• Knowledge of Medications and Medical Terminology

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in medical setting
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Experience with hiring and firing

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual
• Medical/surgical experience

Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Able to lift 20-30 lbs (medical and office supplies)
• Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills.

Pay Scale/Ranges:

$15.00 - $41.50/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
