Eastridge Workforce Solutions is teaming up with a leading medical device company who is looking to hire Medical Assemblers II, to join their team for their Aliso Viejo location. These position offer several opportunity for growth. For immediate consideration apply today.

Job Duties: 

• Follow manufacturing instructions to assemble products
• Record data associated with the building of products on build records
• Communicate with Leads and Supervisors when issues related to materials, processes, and/or written procedures are encountered
• Work with engineers and supervisors to perform special assembly requests
• Follow all related quality, compliance, and Company policies and procedures
• Learn and maintain knowledge and skills to perform successfully in at least 6+ manufacturing procedures
• Other department dependent duties as assigned or required
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by keeping work area in a neat and organized manner
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed

Requirements:

• Ability to do small part assembly work using a microscope, vision system, and/or related automated equipment
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate (read, write and speak in English) with peers, engineers, leads, supervisors, and managers
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of basic measuring techniques, including scales, rulers, US and metric measurement
• HS diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical device assembly
• Ability to work with chemicals
• Must be able to use a microscope
