Job Summary:
The Mazda Sales Genius role is a support role designed to develop the skills required to become a successful Sales Representative.
This position is responsible for explaining and demonstrating Mazda technologies and features of vehicles to customers upon performing an in-house delivery of the vehicle. This position also supports Sales before, during, and after the sale with a focus on the customer product experience.
This position was created by Tulley to provide the right candidate with the essential skills needed to progress in the Automotive Industry while building a long-lasting and lucrative career with the Tulley Automotive Group.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Product demonstration of Mazda vehicle features;
Answers clients questions regarding Mazda products;
Delivers vehicles upon client purchase pick up;
Configures vehicle with mobile customizer;
Performs test drives as needed;
Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
Requirements
Valid Driving License;
Acceptable Driving Record;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent time management skills;
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
