Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation)
Location: Hybrid (Remote & In-Person)
Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Compensation: $16/hour base + performance-based commissions & bonuses

What Youll Do

• Generate and qualify leads through organic marketing efforts including (but not limited to) Website management/SEO, social media outreach, and content creation

• Conduct or coordinate initial screening calls with potential clients to ensure lead quality

• Maintain and update lead tracking systems (CRM)

• Collaborate closely with sales and training teams to optimize lead conversion

• Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements (Understand there will be minimal to no paid ads. This role is primarily to market organically)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $16/hour (~$2,560/month)

• Commission: Earn $25$35 per qualified lead generated (based on volume tiers)
  • 1-15 Leads per month: $25 per lead
  • 16-30 Leads per month: $30 per lead
  • 31+ Leads per month: $35 per lead

• Bonuses: $100 bonus for every 5 leads over 25 per month

A qualified lead is someone who:

• Has accurate contact info (phone + email)

• Matches our ideal client profile

• Books and completes a 1015 minute screening call

• Schedules a 45 minute sales call
