Looking for a local Marketing Business Analyst here in Houston to join our team!

Top Needs:

• Adobe Analytics Expertise: Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics
• Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to hit the ground running, as the initial priority is completing the full integration of Adobe Analytics
• Experience Level: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, data extraction, and report creation.
• Data & Reporting: Ability to pull data, create custom reports, and provide insights to business users.
• Campaign Analysis: Responsible for reporting on marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Required:

• Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar platform, campaign tracking implementation, and reporting dashboards
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing
• Minimum of 5+ years in Marketing, BI, Analytics, Business, or related fields
• Experience with campaign management and a proven track record of providing insights and analysis on campaign performance
• Experience managing and optimizing digital and multi-channel campaigns
• Strong project management skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, web, and IT teams
• Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities on a tight schedule
• Hands-on experience with Excel for campaign and web data analysis
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data manipulation
• Proficiency in web analytics for campaign tracking (preferably Adobe), dashboard creation, and KPI analysis
