Marketing Operations SpecialistFull-time | Remote (US-based) | Entry-LevelMOBI Solutions helps B2B marketing teams make sense of their MarTech. We partner with fast-growing companies to build scalable marketing operations implementing systems like HubSpot and Marketo, mapping customer journeys, and turning data into direction.Were looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist whos ready to jump into technical client work, learn the ropes of MarTech, and grow into a consultant. Youll work alongside experienced Marketing Ops consultants, supporting client projects in HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.What Youll DoBuild and test assets in marketing automation platforms (emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, etc.).Support data cleanup, enrichment, and lead management projects.Document processes, naming conventions, and campaign setups.Assist with client audits and reporting deliverables.Test campaigns end-to-end to make sure everything runs smoothly before launch.Collaborate with senior consultants on project execution and learn best practices for scalable Marketing Ops.What Youll BringA degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field or 1-2 years of related industry experience.Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how marketing technology works behind the scenes.Comfort learning new technologies.Solid time management and communication skills.A self-starter mindset someone who takes initiative, asks good questions, and finds ways to keep projects moving forward.A willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and grow into more responsibility.Whats in It for YouHands-on experience with enterprise MarTech systems in real client environments.Mentorship and training from experienced Marketing Ops consultants.A supportive, remote-first culture that values clarity, balance, and doing great work.Growth PathMarketing Operations Specialist Associate Consultant Senior Consultant
