Job Summary:The Marketing Communications Specialist will support the Commercial Power Generation markets within the Power Systems Business Unit. This role requires strategic thinking and marketing communications expertise to develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams, act as a brand ambassador, and manage marketing strategies for the assigned market segment(s).Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop and execute strategic integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.Define marketing objectives for market segment(s) and lead tactical execution on a global scale.Campaign Execution:Identify and deploy diverse tactical tools, including traditional, digital, and experiential marketing techniques.Act as the marketing communications lead for value package introductions within the assigned market.Brand Management:Serve as a brand champion, developing and driving key messaging to reinforce brand identity.Ensure consistent brand representation across all campaigns and communications.Budget and Reporting:Manage the allocated marketing budget and ensure forecast accuracy.Lead reporting on campaign activities and metrics, providing insights to stakeholders and the broader market.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work cross-functionally and regionally to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives.Support key internal stakeholders, including product teams and business leaders.Qualifications:Education:Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience:3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communications with demonstrated leadership in executing global campaigns.Proven ability to work in complex markets and manage cross-functional teams effectively.Skills:Expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing plans.Proficient in budget management and forecasting.Strong understanding of a wide range of marketing tools and techniques.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Ability to analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights. \n Education: Bachelors Degree JobRialto
