Position: Manufacturing Production Assistant
FLSA Exemption: Non-Exempt
Location: Maumee, Ohio
Status: Full-time

What You'll Do
The Manufacturing Production Assistant's essential duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting product development and assembly tasks based off supervisor's visual and verbal instructions
• Mimicking/repeating tasks given by the supervisor throughout the working day
• Providing continuous quality control while maintaining the timeliness of each task given by the supervisor
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Prioritizing safety at all times
• Communicating with other team members concerning problems and possible solutions
• Staying goal-oriented
• Assisting in shop maintenance tasks as needed

What We Require

• Using manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills
• Performing repetitive movements including simple grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation
• Reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Driver's license
• All applicants must have legal authorization to work in the US
• Drug-screen and background check prior to starting the position are required

What We Value

• Experience in an assembly area is strongly preferred
• Experience with working in tool & die, finishing/polishing tools, and a CDL certification are all a bonus, but not required
