R eevaluate current assembly processes and develop new sequences and operations based on continuous improvement principles.

• Maintain time standards for establish processes and update standards when processes change.
• Conduct labor capacity analysis and identify/manage improvement initiatives to increase efficiency (OLE).
• Develop methods to increase productivity, maximize efficiency and manage human capital more effectively.
• Recommend capital investment strategy to meet product delivery and cost targets.
• the effects of schedule and product design changes. Design layouts of equipment workspace and improve process flow. Ability to prioritize many details into a broad view of the total organization. Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing or Operations.

At least 1-3years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
