Job Description Summary Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/ technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Being the key point of contact for anything Grind/EDM process related, specifically in the blades area May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills Reviewing 2D models and be translating to 3D Team player, working with colleagues to solution problems and challenging current norms Make decisions within a defined framework Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures Consulting more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or institution (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or Materials) Desired Characteristics: Experience documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs Machining, Grinding, EDM experience Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn​ Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively​ Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed ​ Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative​ Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker Healthcare benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage; access to a Health Coach, a 24/7 nurse-based resource; and access to the Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services.
