If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director to join our Washington National Tax (WNT) organization. Responsibilities: Provide tax planning to a full range of corporate clients, including major multinational clients, and work closely with other offices of KPMG LLP to provide those services to their clients. Work with other practice groups in Washington National Tax (WNT) and member firms of KPMG throughout the world. Review tax memoranda and tax opinions. Instruct internal firm courses related to corporate taxation. Contribute to the growth, experience and institutional knowledge of the WNT practice staff level team members. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of recent corporate tax experience in an audit, tax and/or advisory firm, professional services firm or think tank, coupled with experience with public sector agencies. Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university; Licensed CPA, JD/LLM or Enrolled Agent. Relevant government experience is preferred; candidates will be screened for adherence to post-employment restrictions. Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations and partnerships. Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams. Excellent advisory and compliance skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information.
