Manager, Financial Due Diligence, Healthcare Life Sciences

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence for Fortune 1000 and middle-market companies, with a focus on healthcare deals.
  2. Coordinate with clients, KPMG teams, and third-party diligence providers throughout transactions.
  3. Analyze target company data to identify financial and operational trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential liabilities affecting valuation and negotiations.
  4. Prepare tailored transaction advisory reports on normalized earnings, valuation assumptions, management's budget achievability, and indebtedness considerations.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of five years relevant experience, including four in accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction services at a Top Ten public accounting firm, with healthcare industry experience preferred.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or CPA eligibility; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
  3. Proven project management skills, including team leadership and stakeholder coordination.
  4. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC financial reporting, IFRS, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  7. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available for this role.
