Complete Property Management Solutions is seeking to hire a full-time Property Maintenance Technician based within a 35-mile radius of St. Louis, MO. The Property Maintenance Technician role at Complete Property Management Solutions is a unique opportunity for individuals with tradesman skills. The property maintenance technician is primarily responsible for ensuring repairs and property upkeep are completed in a timely, craftsmanlike manner. As opposed to traditional property maintenance roles, Complete Property Management Solutions recognizes the need for skilled workman to have the freedom to earn additional income that matches their hard work through our extremely successful weekly bonus structure. DESCRIPTION:
Some responsibilities of the Property Maintenance Technician Role include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and tenants

  • General make ready and repair of rental units, varied tasks

  • Drywall repair, drywall installation, and taping/mudding

  • Painting walls, touch up, trim, doors, exteriors

  • Floor installation/trim installation including luxury vinyl plank, tile, carpet and ceramic

  • General building repairs and maintenance of building systems

  • Service electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and appliances

  • Plumbing repairs including sink drain, toilets, vanity installations, faucets, and tubs

  • Sofit, Fascia, and gutter repair

  • Occassionally, landscaping services including clean up, laying down mulch, or vegetation removal

  • Schedule and service assigned maintenance-related work

  • Submit completed service requests with accompanying photos, notes, and other necessary doumentation

  • Forecast, order, and negotiation pricing when neccessary for work orders

  • Attend occupancy inspections

  • Conduct preventive maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of relevant work experience, a stable and working pickup truck, basic power tools and a smart phone. Current driver's license is required.

Hourly + weekly bonuses + gas reimbursement

Schedule:

  • Typically, Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM

  • Weekend and after hours work occasionally, but mostly based on candidates preferences

Experience:

  • Relevant work experience in property maintenance or trade labor: 2+ years (Preferred)

  • Experience with AppFolio and/or Housecall Pro (preferred/not required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience and competencies)
