Machinist/CNC Operator - Candidates must be an experienced CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various CNC machines, including lathes, milling machines, and assembly lines. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties:
- Operate CNC machines, such as milling machines, to produce high-quality parts and components.
- Load and unload materials from the machines, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and set of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Program CNC machines using CAD programming software to produce complex parts and assemblies.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy, using precision tools such as micrometers.
- Assemble and weld parts as needed, using a variety of materials handling techniques.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production workflows and meet production targets.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills:
- Experience operating CNC machines and manual machining equipment, including milling machines.
- Strong understanding of CAD programming software.
- Proficiency with welding and materials handling techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with factory environments and production workflows.
- Experience with press machines and assembly lines.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and the use of precision tools.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
