Under the direction of the registered nurse, provides nursing care in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

Experience

• 1.5 Year of Bedside Nursing Experience in Behavioral Health

Minimum Education

• Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program Required

Required Skills

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Licenses/Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Georgia or Multi State/Compact LPN License
