Position Summary: This is for experienced Mortgage Loan officer applicants only. Blue Water loan officers enjoy access to personal career coaching, unparalleled support, a wide array of programs, and unlimited earning potential. Blue Water Mortgage operates in the Broker and Correspondent space to maintain cutting-edge access to the most innovative programs at low margins, making it easy for our loan officers to win loans in their marketplace. Major Functions: • Building relationships with referral sources.  • Obtain initial mortgage application and supporting documents from clients. • Provide clients with loan options.  • Submit files to their dedicated operations team who take care of the process from loan application through closing allowing our loan officers to maintain and build strong relationships with their referral partners.  Experience Requirements:  • At least 12 months of experience as a residential loan officer with strong dedication to ethics.  Pay Information: • 100% Commission Based earning model  • Low company margin is unmatched among other brokers, lenders, and retail banks • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Long/Short term disability, 401K with Employer Match
