Job Title: LMS Administrator
Job Description
+ Act as the primary point of contact for LMS administrative tasks, including managing user and administrator accounts and maintaining appropriate access.
+ Troubleshoot system admin issues and tasks.
+ Add or edit entities in the system.
+ Create, test, and troubleshoot learning content.
+ Set up learning assignments, large-scale course deployments, retraining periods, and on-the-job assessments.
+ Generate system reports and run custom reports.
+ Design and implement content deployment strategies.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize, document, streamline, and coordinate learning processes and best practices.
+ Evaluate stakeholder requests to determine the appropriate level of support and documentation.
+ Enhance learning content with interactive components such as quizzes, pop-ups, and other activities.
+ Create and maintain LMS documentation and best practices.
+ Train other stakeholders on key system functionality, administrative tasks, and processes.
+ Conduct regular LMS audits to track and measure learning across the organization.
+ Advise on best practices to optimize and enhance learning content.
+ Stay up to date on the latest system updates.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in LMS administration, preferably with Zensai, Learn365, or LMS365.
+ Proficiency in HR administration and Workday.
+ 1-2 years of experience managing Workday's Learning Management System.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple projects/programs at different stages with multiple stakeholders.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity with AICC and SCORM protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Articulate 360 and Rise.
+ Creative problem solver and collaborator.
+ Experience with video authoring tools such as Storyline is a plus.

This position is remote, providing flexibility in your work location.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
