Your Role as an LPN:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Franciscan Villa, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference. Key responsibilities include:

Providing safe, therapeutic resident care from admission to discharge.
Collaborating with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
Utilizing the nursing process to restore and maintain residents’ mental and physical health.
Serving as a compassionate caregiver, clinical role model, and resource for staff.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin.
CPR certification (required).
Experience in long-term care (preferred).
