Strong support staff Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our medical industry team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in skilled nursing and rehabilitation, with a proven track record of leadership and management in a healthcare setting. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care possible. Responsibilities: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Manage and supervise all staff, including nurses, therapists, and support staff Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure the best possible care for our patients Oversee the financial operations of the facility, including budgeting and billing Develop and maintain relationships with patients and their families to ensure their satisfaction with our services Ensure that all safety and emergency protocols are in place and functioning properly Participate in the hiring and training of new staff members Monitor patient care and ensure that all care plans are being followed Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care Qualifications: Current state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations Experience in a healthcare management role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations Familiarity with skilled nursing and rehabilitation practices Experience with financial management and budgeting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills If you are a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a passion for providing excellent patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity in the medical industry.
